How do I cancel my order?

Need to cancel your order? You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

How to cancel your order

1. Log in to your Unturned account.

2. Navigate to My Orders.

3. Select the order you want to cancel.

4. Click Edit Order.

5. Follow the instructions to cancel your order and confirm the cancellation.

What if it's been more than 1 hour?

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed.

After this window, your order enters our processing and preparation stage, and cancellations are no longer possible.

If you no longer want your order, you can request a return after delivery, subject to our 14-day return policy.
