Return & Refund Policy
We sell both brand-new and used/open-box items. Every item is photographed before shipping, and your order includes exactly what you see in the listing. Because of this, our return policy is built around matching the condition of the item you received.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the day your item is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must come back in the exact same condition in which it was shipped.
We verify condition using our original photos.
Items that come back altered, damaged, missing accessories, or in a different condition will not qualify for a refund.
Brand-New Items
Brand-new items must be returned unopened and unused with all original packaging.
Used / Open-Box Items
These items are sold exactly as shown in the listing photos. If the item arrives in the condition described, it is return-eligible only if it is sent back in the same condition.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
If your return is approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not match our listing photos, contact us right away with pictures. We’ll review and make it right with either a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
– Items returned in a different condition than shipped
– Gift cards
– Items marked “Final Sale”
– Hazardous materials or items restricted by carriers
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If we offer store credit instead, it will be issued immediately upon approval.
