Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days. Tracking info is emailed once your order ships. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Returns & Refunds


We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, and items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped, we verify using our original photos. Brand-new items must be unopened with original packaging. To start a return, email us at help@unturnedinv.com before shipping anything back.

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't match the listing, contact us with photos and we'll make it right.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Gift cards, final sale items, and items returned in different condition are non-returnable.
