FAQs

Are Unturned products new or used?

Unturned sells both new and used items. Every product is professionally inspected and assigned a condition grade so you know its exact condition before purchasing.

How does Unturned grade the condition of returned items?

We grade every item through a professional, hands-on inspection process before it is listed.

Each product is checked for functionality, cosmetic condition, completeness, and packaging to ensure it meets our inspection standards. Based on what we find, items are categorized as brand new, open box, used, or missing parts. We then photograph the actual item and clearly note any wear, damage, or missing components on the product page.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. All products sold on Unturned are authentic. These items were originally sold through Amazon or other large online marketplaces that require seller verification and authenticity standards.

What is your shipping & return policy?

We offer free shipping on every order, no minimums. Your package ships within 1-2 business days and typically arrives in 3-7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Change your mind? We offer free returns. You've got 14 days from delivery for a free return. Brand-new items just need to come back unopened with their original packaging, and used items should come back in the same condition you received them.
